About Me
I treat the whole person. I believe that the body naturally heals itself, and my job is to work collaboratively with you to facilitate that process. I work with patients in a relaxed, compassionate atmosphere. I provide manual therapy to targeted muscles, fascia, and joints. Manual therapy facilitates healing by improving blood flow and increasing mind-body awareness, so you can use these parts of your body in a more healthy and functional way. I then create an exercise program specifically tailored to your body's needs to reinforce this new, more effective way of moving. A balanced musculoskeletal system with healthy movement patterns enables you to live and perform at your highest level.
I received my B.A. at The Colorado College, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the joint program of SF State University and UCSF. I have been practicing hands on with patients since 2017.
I have been practicing yoga and mediation since 2009. In 2019, I was certified as a 500-hour yoga teacher after training in Rishikesh, India in the traditional styles of Hatha and Ashtanga. In India, I also received training in prenatal yoga and meditation.
